Difficulty intelligence
A valid plan has to be realistic for this student.
Mesura scores each course's difficulty from 1 to 10, then calculates the total semester difficulty on a 1 to 100 scale. Students can request a lighter term, balance demanding courses across semesters, or compare a proposed semester with their recent workload.

What to expect from Mesura.
Can students use Mesura directly, or is it offered through their university?
Mesura is currently offered only through universities. Stay tuned for updates on direct student access.
Does Mesura register students for classes?
No. Mesura creates semester-by-semester degree plans. It does not select sections, meeting times, professors, or available seats.
Does Mesura replace academic advisors?
No. Mesura gives students and advisors a complete, checked plan they can review together, so advising conversations can focus on judgment, goals, and tradeoffs.
How is difficulty measured?
Each course has a 1-to-10 difficulty score. Mesura combines the courses in a semester into a 1-to-100 total that students can compare with their recent semesters.
